What you will do

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Analyze workflows, space plans, equipment layouts, process capabilities, cycle times, and manufacturing trends.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, scrap reduction, and plant KPI performance.
• Develop and maintain Process FMEA documentation, control plans, testing methods, and risk mitigation solutions.
• Provide data-driven manufacturing recommendations, prepare structured reports, and support On-Time Shipment targets.
• Generate MES WIP product-flow maps, verify production orders, troubleshoot systems, and coordinate manufacturing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or production role; senior-level positions require 5–7 years.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, Design for Manufacturing and Assembly, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Process FMEA and Control Plan development.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, analyze data, communicate across levels, lead discussions, and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Experience writing customer CAR 8D reports.
