Associate Client Compensation Consultant

Salary: $21.00–$34.96 per hour

What you will do

• Support compensation survey submissions and analyze market data, pay trends, and competitiveness.
• Conduct job evaluations and help maintain job descriptions, titling, and grading structures.
• Support annual merit, bonus, and equity review cycles from data preparation through communication.
• Provide analytical support for compensation program design, policy development, and impact analysis.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to provide compensation guidance across business units.
• Maintain HRIS compensation data, prepare reports and presentations, support training, and help ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operations or comparable experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work at the Fort Mill/Charlotte location.

Nice to have

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle and compensation survey tools.
• Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, Documentum, work queues, mailboxes, and SLA management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
