People Services Advisor (HR)

Location: Remote, based out of California, United States

Salary: $36.54–$43.27 per hour

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders on hiring, retention, engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Deliver people strategies and goals across the organization.
• Resolve human resources issues promptly and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, terminations, and conflict resolution.
• Support annual bonus and merit cycles across the region.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, and HR Solutions teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience in a similar role.
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of HR programs, policies, and current federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Comfortable using MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in a large, multi-location matrixed organization.
• CPHR or SHRM designation.
