Compensation Analyst (SaaS)

Salary: $63,900–$91,800 per year, depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location

What you will do

• Conduct compensation market pricing and analyze market competitiveness, internal equity, range penetration, pay compression, and salary positioning.
• Support annual merit, bonus, equity, promotion, and salary structure processes, including validation, testing, reporting, and documentation.
• Evaluate jobs using global career frameworks and recommend job codes, levels, families, and market matches.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc compensation reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Audit compensation data, resolve HRIS discrepancies, maintain data integrity, and support pay transparency and compliance requests.
• Provide analytical support for offers, promotions, transfers, retention requests, market adjustments, organizational changes, acquisitions, and compensation integrations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance, or a related analytical role.
• Experience with compensation surveys and market pricing methodologies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Must be located in the United States; EST/CST time zone location is preferred.

• Experience in a global technology or SaaS organization.
• Experience with hirify.global Pro.
• Familiarity with Radford, Mercer, WTW, or comparable technology compensation surveys.
• Experience supporting Engineering, Product, or Information Technology organizations.
• Interest in using AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve compensation processes.
