What you will do

• Serve as the main client services contact for a portfolio of clients with intermediate project complexity or annual analytical spend.
• Coordinate project setup, including quotes, supply orders, sample receipt, data reporting, and invoicing.
• Liaise with clients, laboratory operations, and sales to monitor project status and meet turnaround-time deadlines.
• Track samples, bottle orders, LIMS logins, change orders, account updates, and final report accuracy.
• Participate in client meetings and maintain collaborative relationships across laboratory and sales teams.
• Establish laboratory protocols for complex or atypical analytical and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager I; 3+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of client project requirements, applicable regulations, and analytical methods.
• Environmental regulations knowledge, including NPDES and SW-846, is helpful.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred.
