Senior Experience Manager

Location: Must be based in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Wisconsin. Candidates local to an hirify.global office work hybrid; candidates outside commuting distance may work remotely. Travel for site visits and onsite execution is approximately 25–30%.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead mid-to-large-scale experience projects from kickoff through execution.
• Serve as the primary client contact, facilitate calls, present updates, and guide strategic conversations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, internal workflows, and cross-functional planning.
• Plan and execute complete event experiences, including agendas, venues, food and beverage, transportation, and gifting.
• Coordinate creative concepts, sourcing, vendor selection, negotiations, contracts, and onsite staffing.
• Lead post-project reconciliation, billing, internal debriefs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in event planning and client services; agency experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Clear communication, adaptability, professional presence, and confidence in client interactions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required throughout employment.
• Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future, including H-1B and TN visas.
