Small Business Specialist (Telecommunications)

What you will do

• Act as the in-store small business subject matter expert and identify business customers early.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored mobile, broadband, fixed-service, credit, and activation solutions.
• Build product and process capability and share knowledge with the wider store team.
• Mentor teammates on identifying business opportunities and improving the business customer experience.
• Share small business updates, tactical offers, and market insights through huddles and coaching moments.
• Manage complex business enquiries while maintaining compliance and merchandising standards.

Requirements

• Understanding of small business customer needs and commercial priorities.
• Strong consultative service skills, including questioning, listening, and tailored recommendations.
• Willingness to develop expertise across mobile, broadband, fixed services, and small business care.
• Ability to share knowledge, mentor teammates, and collaborate effectively.
• Calm, professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach to complex enquiries.
