Nurse, Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States, based in Kentucky; regular travel to patients’ homes is required.

What you will do

• Provide preventative, diagnostic, and low-acuity care during in-home patient appointments.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, ECGs, and related services.
• Prepare clinical supplies and personal protective equipment for daily appointments.
• Use mobile technology for scheduling and charting, and HIPAA-secure messaging for care coordination.
• Label collected samples correctly and coordinate delivery to laboratories or shipment facilities.
• Build compassionate, welcoming relationships with diverse patients while maintaining high service quality.

Requirements

• Previous venipuncture experience.
• State-required clinical licensure or proof of training; national certification where state licensure is not required.
• Basic Life Support certification and proof of completed training or certification appropriate to the licensure level.
• Valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems with minimal supervision, communicate effectively, and use mobile devices and secure messaging tools.
• Ability to access and navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds; successful completion of national background, DMV, and clinical license checks.
