Senior Director, Program Management (Biopharma)

Location: Hybrid role based out of the Bridgewater, NJ office, with remote work available most of the time and in-person collaboration as needed. Frequent global travel of up to 20% is required.

Pay range: $214,000–$292,000 annual.

What you will do

• Serve as the operational backbone and senior strategic leader of the Global Program Team.
• Enable strategic leadership and disciplined execution across the full program lifecycle, from development through regulatory submission, manufacturing, and commercial launch.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, program governance, and execution rigor across functions and geographies.
• Support cross-functional commercial planning, launch readiness, and market-facing initiatives.
• Dedicate approximately 25% of the role to embedded program management for the Respiratory Diagnosis Expansion team.
• Mentor program management talent and shape program management practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, medical, or business discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive program or project management experience in a biotech or biopharmaceutical environment.
• Senior leadership experience in a global, matrix organization.
• Ability to operate across development and commercial functions.
• Ability to work from the Bridgewater, New Jersey office for purposeful in-person collaboration and travel globally up to 20%.
