Training Partner II (Regulated Manufacturing)

Location: Lexington, MA and Durham, NC, United States. Onsite role with an open-office environment and up to 10% travel, including 0–10% overnight travel.

What you will do

• Implement and maintain local training programs and standards across the business.
• Assess training needs, set priorities, establish employee training schedules, and track program milestones.
• Partner with managers and subject matter experts to develop technical, leadership, and personal development interventions.
• Lead training plans, coordinate training sessions, and coach trainers across departments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, conduct needs analyses, and improve training methods continuously.
• Establish training KPIs, report progress to stakeholders, and participate in internal audits and development workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field and at least four years of relevant training experience in a regulated industry.
• Alternatively, an associate's degree with at least six years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent with at least eight years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in applying cLEAN methodologies and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with instructional design, training program implementation and evaluation, coaching, mentoring, and workshop facilitation.
• Ability to organize and track multiple tasks and events; ISOtrain or another Learning Management System is preferred.
