Senior Product Manager (XDR) - Security Solutions (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own a core area of the hirify.global XDR roadmap from requirements through shipped and iterated product.
• Drive detection, correlation, incident building, and response capabilities across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network environments.
• Expand telemetry and integrations with hirify.global data and third-party EDR, cloud, identity, and network sources.
• Contribute to exposure and vulnerability management, including exploitability- and reachability-based prioritization and remediation workflows.
• Translate customer input and threat research into clear requirements and represent the product in conversations with senior security stakeholders.
• Ensure capabilities work across cloud, on-premises, and fully air-gapped deployment models while tracking competition and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in security-related technical product management, competitive analysis, or technical marketing, including at least 3 years in a related product development or technical field.
• Hands-on knowledge of XDR, EDR, SIEM, incident response, or forensics.
• Experience with heterogeneous third-party data, telemetry, integrations, detection analytics, and the cybersecurity threat landscape.
• Technical credibility, strong requirements-writing skills, and the ability to assess architecture, feasibility, and scope.
• Confidence working with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior security customers, and collaborating across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• A BS or MS degree in engineering, computer science, or information security is required.

Nice to have

• Practitioner experience as a SOC analyst, detection engineer, or incident responder.
• Familiarity with AI security, including attacks against and defense of AI, ML, and agentic systems.
