Location: Must be based in and have the right to work in Germany. This is a hybrid role based in Berlin.

What you will do
- Own and execute the Product Led Growth roadmap to improve activation, conversion, and retention.
- Build and lead a high-velocity experimentation program across onboarding, pricing, and lifecycle automation.
- Deliver measurable improvements in self-serve ARR and Average Revenue Per User.
- Define and optimize Product Qualified Lead criteria in partnership with Sales.
- Align cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Revenue around growth priorities.
- Translate customer insights and analytics into actionable product strategy and commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Led Growth, Growth Product Management, or related functions within SaaS.
- Must be based in and have the right to work in Germany (no visa sponsorship or relocation support).
- Proven track record of delivering business growth through product innovation and experimentation.
- Deep understanding of experimentation methodologies, growth analytics, and causal inference.
- Strong commercial judgment with experience in pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies.
- Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Revenue.
