Product Manager R&D Applications (AI)

What you will do

• Define the product vision, value hypotheses, roadmap, and portfolio strategy for digital R&D products.
• Lead prioritization and investment decisions across product capabilities, balancing value, scope, cost, time, risk, and capacity.
• Deliver products for analytics, forecasting, scenario planning, resource and capacity planning, optimization, and AI-enabled decision support.
• Partner with R&D, business, data, technology, security, architecture, and governance stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Establish OKRs and KPIs covering adoption, user outcomes, decision quality, operational performance, reliability, and total cost of ownership.
• Lead backlog management, release governance, dependency management, adoption, change management, and continuous feedback.

Requirements

• Experience leading product-centric teams and delivering measurable outcomes through Agile and Lean product practices.
• Experience with analytics, predictive modeling, decision intelligence, planning, forecasting, optimization, or AI-enabled digital products.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, including explainability, traceability, evaluation, monitoring, governance, and human-in-the-loop decision-making.
• Knowledge of scientific data, model lifecycle management, data provenance, reproducibility, metadata, cataloging, solution architecture, and integration patterns.
• Experience with product strategy, customer discovery, user research, prioritization, portfolio management, and value measurement.
• Fluent English required. A university degree in IT, Computer Science, Science, or a related field is required, or equivalent experience.
