Power Platform & AI Engineer

What you will do

• Administer Microsoft Power Platform across development, validation, and production environments.
• Implement governance, environment strategy, lifecycle management, DLP policies, connector governance, security roles, licensing, and access controls.
• Design and develop production-grade Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate workflows, Copilot Studio agents, and AI-driven automations.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, ServiceNow, Jira, enterprise APIs, and other business platforms.
• Maintain ALM, validation, documentation, monitoring, alerting, exception handling, audit readiness, and GxP compliance.
• Support enterprise adoption through architecture reviews, training, workshops, dashboards, office hours, and community-of-practice activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Power Platform administrator and hands-on developer in an enterprise environment.
• Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience designing enterprise-grade Canvas Apps and/or Model-Driven Apps and end-to-end Power Platform solutions.
• Experience delivering AI-driven automation and integrating enterprise systems through APIs or MCP servers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for production-grade AI solutions and automations.
• English application and English resume/CV required.

Nice to have

• UiPath development or administration experience.
• Experience in regulated environments such as pharma, healthcare, GxP, or SOX.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python.
• Power Platform or Copilot Studio certifications.
• Experience supporting distributed teams through a centralized Center of Excellence.
