Power Apps Developer

Location: Fully remote within the United States

What you will do

• Develop administrative features for Manager users, including ABC inventory classification updates, warehouse location exclusions, role-based permissions, and facility access.
• Redesign Counter user workflows and interfaces for mobile and tablet use, including persistent filters and streamlined navigation.
• Configure Dataverse data models, relationships, refresh processes, and integrations.
• Build Power Automate flows and in-app notifications for synchronization completion, counting readiness, and task completion.
• Develop inventory audit dashboards and reporting views using embedded reports or Power BI.
• Create end-user manuals and maintain technical documentation for application architecture, schemas, and workflow logic.

Requirements

• 4 or more years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, relational data modeling, entity permissions, and data refresh cycles.
• Experience building Power Automate workflows, automated notifications, role-based permissions, and multi-persona applications.
• UI/UX competency focused on responsive layouts, persistent filters, and intuitive navigation.
• Experience with embedded reporting views or Power BI dashboards in Power Platform solutions.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States and deliver enhancements in an ongoing part-time capacity.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating barcode, QR code, pallet ID, or manifest scanning into mobile Power Apps.
• Experience integrating Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio agents with enterprise Power Platform solutions.
• Background in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
• Experience creating user documentation and instructional training manuals.
