Power Platform Developer (Microsoft)

Location: Remote within the United States; East Coast business hours required. Active U.S. Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps for mission processes, request handling, and operational visibility.
• Build Power Automate cloud flows and desktop automation for approvals, notifications, integrations, and complex business processes.
• Model Dataverse data and configure security roles, business rules, views, forms, solutions, and environments.
• Develop Power BI datasets, DAX measures, reports, and dashboards, including Power Query and ETL work.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure services, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Manage ALM, deployment pipelines, documentation, troubleshooting, and technical escalations while collaborating with analysts, architects, program staff, and end users.

Requirements

• Active U.S. Secret clearance required; Top Secret or higher is welcome.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States during East Coast business hours.
• At least 3 years of professional experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and both Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
• Experience designing complex workflows with expressions, error handling, and bulk or import-style processing.
• Knowledge of Dataverse security, solution architecture, environment strategy, and independent delivery on remote federal program teams.

Nice to have

• DoD, Navy/NAVWAR, or federal Microsoft 365 and Power Platform experience.
• Dynamics 365, Ribbon Workbench, or custom command-bar experience.
• Power BI DAX, star-schema modeling, and production report delivery.
• Azure integration, ALM tooling, Microsoft certifications, and familiarity with Zero Trust, NIST, GCC, or GCC High.
