What you will do
- Lead the delivery of large-scale technology projects, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Own delivery performance, including margins, forecasting, resource planning, and operational KPIs.
- Supervise and coordinate teams of 20–30 professionals, including managers and multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Ensure excellence across Web, Cloud, AI, and Big Data projects using technologies such as .NET, Python, Azure, and AWS.
- Define and present client proposals while acting as the main technical and business contact.
- Manage client relationships and drive account-farming initiatives and sustainable growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology environments.
- At least 5 years of experience leading large engineering or delivery teams.
- Mandatory experience in technology consulting and complex projects with international clients.
- Experience with delivery KPIs, project profitability, budgeting, forecasting, resource management, account farming, and growth.
- Strong technical expertise in at least two areas: Web, Cloud, AI, or Big Data.
- Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
