What you will do

• Lead technical and operational strategy for assigned accounts to ensure high quality and business value.
• Drive account farming initiatives by identifying new opportunities and crafting innovative proposals for growth.
• Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams of 40–60 professionals.
• Ensure excellence in project delivery across Cloud, AI, Big Data, and Microsoft technologies (Azure, .NET).
• Manage strategic client relationships, acting as the primary technical and business point of contact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology environments, with 5+ years leading large engineering or delivery teams.
• Mandatory proven background in technology consulting.
• Demonstrated experience in account farming and business growth.
• Technical expertise in web technologies and Microsoft ecosystems, alongside Cloud, AI, and Big Data.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
