Associate Director Global Procurement Process Owner

Location: Uxbridge, UK. Work model: On-site.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end procurement process architecture across categories and geographies.
• Develop and maintain standardized procurement processes, workflows, and documentation.
• Align procurement processes with compliance requirements, audit standards, and internal controls.
• Partner with Global Procurement Technology to optimize systems, drive automation, and improve user experience.
• Lead process diagnostics, gap assessments, best-practice implementation, training, and change management.
• Serve as the global point of contact for process escalations, system issues, and governance inquiries while collaborating with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience.
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and procurement technology platforms.
• Experience with process ownership, governance, and global standardization projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and change programs.

Nice to have

• Experience in Pharma or BioPharma.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
