What you will do

• Lead global sourcing strategies for raw material categories such as media, resins, chemicals, excipients, single-use products, and filters.
• Manage supplier selection, evaluations, negotiations, contracting, and ongoing relationship management.
• Develop go-to-market sourcing plans using market analysis, procurement data, and supplier insights.
• Drive cost optimization, supplier performance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, and other cross-functional stakeholders on governance and sourcing execution.
• Deliver category savings and value creation while ensuring regulatory and procurement compliance.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree; or a master’s degree and 2 years of sourcing experience; or a bachelor’s degree and 4 years; or an associate degree and 8 years; or a high school diploma/GED and 10 years of sourcing experience.
• Strategic sourcing experience with strong supplier negotiation skills.
• Experience drafting and negotiating agreements, including redlines, fallback positions, and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex global projects in a matrixed environment.
• Strong financial, legal, contractual, regulatory, and supplier relationship management knowledge.
• Familiarity with procurement and contract tools such as Workday Strategic Sourcing, Sirion Labs, Ariba, ERP systems, and analytics platforms.
