Project Specialist I (Healthcare IT)

Location: Remote, Australia; up to 10% travel required

Develops medical imaging software solutions that help healthcare organizations improve the speed, scalability, and efficiency of radiology and cardiology workflows.

What you will do

• Assist with planning and managing schedules for small healthcare IT projects.
• Coordinate implementation resources and collaborate across departments.
• Update project plans, resolve customer issues, and manage project documentation.
• Create status reports, meeting minutes, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee project financials, budgets, timelines, and milestone delivery.
• Act as the primary contact for small customer projects under senior team guidance.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing planning or delivery roles.
• Ability to qualify for CAPM certification within 18 months of service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Availability to work remotely from Australia and travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Healthcare IT experience, especially with radiology or cardiology solutions.
• CAPM or PMP certification.
• Familiarity with enterprise imaging platforms or medical software implementations.
• Experience managing project financials and budgets.
• Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
