Location: United States; fully remote, with hybrid work from the corporate headquarters required for candidates located in the Nashville, TN area. Travel up to 30% throughout the continental United States is required.

What you will do
- Own solution architecture and technical delivery for medium-to-large, multi-workstream infrastructure projects.
- Lead practice IT integrations, onboarding, network refreshes, server and hardware installations, and telecom or ISP migrations.
- Assess infrastructure readiness and coordinate on-site and remote configuration of clinical and corporate IT systems.
- Coordinate delivery with IT Operations, Service Delivery, Security, project managers, and vendors.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, status updates, documentation, and operational handoffs.
- Mentor Project Technicians and Project Engineer I while contributing to standards and IT strategy discussions.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of progressive infrastructure engineering experience with ownership of project delivery.
- High school diploma or GED; a relevant bachelor's degree is preferred, though equivalent experience is considered.
- Experience across networking, virtualization, identity, cloud, servers, firewalls, switches, and endpoint devices.
- Experience with technical project planning, IT documentation standards, risk management, and cross-functional project leadership.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% throughout the continental United States.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and executive-facing communication skills.
Nice to have
- Healthcare or MSP integration experience.
- PCNSE, Aruba ACMA, VCP, or AZ-104 certification.
- Experience with Palo Alto, Aruba, VMware/vSphere, Microsoft Azure, Okta, Citrix, or ServiceNow.
