Location: East Falmouth, Massachusetts, United States; branch-based work

Salary: $26.25–$31.25 per hour, plus potential incentive earnings

What you will do

• Build lasting customer relationships and provide trusted financial guidance.
• Assess customer goals and recommend solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, investing, home buying, and credit needs.
• Introduce customers to mobile banking, digital transactions, and ATM services.
• Make outbound calls to acquire customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking specialists on complex needs.
• Follow cash-handling procedures, financial policies, and applicable state and local regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of sales and customer service experience with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, multitasking, and digital technology skills.
• Ability to work varying branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Compliance with SAFE Act requirements, pre-employment screening, and NMLS identifier requirements.
• Complete a 30–45-minute video interview assessment within 7 days after applying.
