What you will do

• Support the Banking Center Manager with sales, customer service, profit and loss management, operations, and employee development.
• Assume responsibility for the banking center during the manager’s absence and maintain an exceptional client experience.
• Process routine banking transactions and prepare client information for account opening.
• Build centers of influence through networking and prospecting to grow the bank’s customer base.
• Use lead management tools, including Salesforce, and support client segmentation, retention, and growth initiatives.
• Assist with audits, operational standards, legal compliance, and mentoring colleagues on sales and service processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
• 0–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of banking products, services, and branch transaction-processing systems.
• Strong customer service, teamwork, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
