What you will do

• Oversee receiving, storage, shipping, material handling, inventory control, and warehouse workflow.
• Manage operational budgets, labor costs, productivity metrics, and warehouse performance.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop warehouse employees and supervisors.
• Establish safety, productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy standards in collaboration with engineering and management.
• Conduct 5S audits, cycle counts, physical inventories, and corrective-action effectiveness reviews.
• Drive process improvements, employee training, equipment safety, and compliance with OSHA and ISO standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• At least 4 years of related experience, including 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Ability to work independently in a multitask environment and collaborate across management and employee levels.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, email, and Internet Explorer.
• Ability to work at the Houston, Texas warehouse location.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analytics, warehouse management systems, or ERP systems.
• Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices.
