Manager, Internal Change Communications

Location: 4 days per week onsite at the Global HQ Campus in Westchester, New York; not available as fully remote or hybrid work

Salary: $114,800–$187,400 annually

What you will do

• Develop and execute global internal communications programs supporting HR, IT, digital transformation, global expansion, and other enterprise initiatives.
• Advise leaders in corporate and business functions on communications approaches aligned with company priorities.
• Plan and coordinate internal communications projects, including project briefs, key messages, talking points, FAQs, and other content.
• Create clear and engaging communications for a diverse global employee audience across intranets, enterprise social platforms, email, and other channels.
• Build relationships across the organization and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
• Measure communication effectiveness and use insights to improve reach, clarity, efficiency, and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
• Experience supporting corporate or business functions, including HR and IT.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear messaging for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of change communication principles, employee communications channels, and content management.
• Strong project management, prioritization, attention to detail, judgment, and adaptability.

Nice to have

• Previous experience at a public relations or communications agency.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
