Senior Manager, Internal Communications (AI)

Location: East Coast remote opportunity; based on the East Coast of the United States, working across London headquarters and West Coast leadership.

Salary: $140,000–$240,000 USD annually, with potential bonus, equity, and/or commission.

What you will do

• Own and improve internal communications channels, including the intranet, Slack, company email, newsletters, and company-wide updates.
• Build intake, governance, publishing, editorial calendar, and prioritisation processes for communications requests.
• Plan and deliver change communications for organisational, systems, policy, and process changes.
• Create announcements, FAQs, intranet pages, manager notes, and other communications assets.
• Measure channel reach, engagement, intake volume, and request patterns, using insights to improve communications operations.
• Support all-hands, company-wide gatherings, senior leader messaging, and communications across a distributed team.

Requirements

• Significant experience in internal or employee communications, ideally in a technology, high-growth, or global business.
• Hands-on ownership of internal communications channels such as intranets, Slack, and company-wide email.
• Experience establishing intake processes, standards, governance, and editorial calendars where none existed.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with strong judgment and the ability to make complex topics clear and relevant.
• Experience delivering communications for organisational, systems, or policy change, with strong project management and prioritisation skills.
• Comfort with operational detail, ambiguity, shifting priorities, and working with senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with intranet platforms, communications measurement tools, workflow tools, or intake tooling.
• Experience communicating with frontline, field, or non-desk-based employees.
