Manager, Internal Communications

Location: New York City, United States; office-based 4 days per week with 1 day remote

Salary: $120,000–$146,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus

What you will do

• Develop and execute internal communications strategies for Talent and Inclusion priorities, including learning, performance management, employee resource groups, and talent acquisition.
• Advise Corporate Citizenship initiatives involving colleague volunteerism, community impact, and giving.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance on employee-facing policies, requirements, and expectations.
• Create announcements, talking points, scripts, presentations, intranet articles, and other internal and external content.
• Support organizational change, culture, colleague engagement, leadership communications, town halls, and other events.
• Manage multiple initiatives from planning through execution and use communication metrics to improve engagement and understanding.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience developing internal communications in a complex, matrixed global organization.
• Experience in HR or internal communications; digital experience is an advantage.
• Strong writing, verbal communication, project management, facilitation, analysis, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong relationship management, influencing, networking, and collaboration skills across a global enterprise.
• Executive presence, sound judgment, business acumen, and knowledge of communication channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
