Sr. Manager, MedTech Q&C Communications (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Irvine, California, or New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $122,000–$212,750 base pay per year

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of MedTech quality-related communication strategies, messaging, and materials.
• Collaborate across businesses, regions, and functions to communicate the quality story to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the MedTech Chief Quality Officer with strategic speaking engagements and external communications.
• Coordinate communications related to quality opportunities, issues, milestones, and audits with global Quality and Communications leaders.
• Maintain consistency across MedTech communications and monitor competitive quality issues, advancements, risks, and policy actions.
• Deliver communication materials accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 8 years of communications or public relations experience, preferably in healthcare or MedTech.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft messages for different audiences.
• Understanding of the MedTech landscape and ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling communications.
• Strong project management, prioritization, collaboration, and change management skills.
• Self-motivated approach with an interest in healthcare innovation and positive change.
