Manager, Executive & Change Communications (IT & Enterprise Functions)

Location: Deerfield, Illinois, United States

Salary: $108,000–$148,000 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with global function leaders to develop communications supporting strategic priorities, organizational change, and business transformation.
• Create executive messaging, presentations, talking points, leader communications, and audience-focused content.
• Lead communications planning and delivery for IT initiatives, operational updates, and transformation efforts.
• Translate complex business and technical topics into clear communications for employees.
• Develop content for internal channels including Inhirify.global, Viva Engage, newsletters, and communication campaigns.
• Manage communication plans, calendars, reviews, approvals, publishing, distribution, measurement, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business, Organizational Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal, executive, change, employee engagement, or related communications.
• Experience supporting communications in a complex or matrixed organization.
• Experience developing and executing communications plans for organizational change, transformation, or adoption initiatives.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills, including the ability to explain complex business and technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and communication channels in a fast-paced environment.
