Senior Manager HR Business Partner

Location: Paris, France; Hybrid

Salary: $71,925–$119,875 annually

What you will do

• Deliver full-spectrum HR activities across the employee lifecycle for international Commercial operations.
• Manage employee relations cases and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Partner with business leaders, HR Centers of Excellence, and Legal to align HR priorities and solutions.
• Lead labour relations engagement with works council representatives and employee stakeholders.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, talent reviews, and organizational development initiatives.
• Balance complex operational and strategic HR priorities while building constructive stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of HR experience, including international Commercial business support.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in labour relations and works council engagement.
• Experience across the full HR lifecycle, from administration to strategic partnering.
• Strong data literacy and experience with HR systems and Microsoft tools.
