Client Experience Associate (Retail Banking)

Location: hirify.global's World Center Branch, 249 NW 6th Street, Miami, FL 33136; in-office position

What you will do

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and process a variety of banking interactions.
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate banking opportunities to branch staff.
• Conduct lobby engagement and proactive sales conversations around hirify.global products and services.
• Educate customers on transaction-management options, technology, tools, and available alternatives.
• Apply banking product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems.
• Complete teller, branch operations, and maintenance transactions accurately while following policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED may be sufficient; no university degree is required.
• Knowledge of banking products, branch banking, customer service, and customer experience principles.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to identify customer needs, detect and prevent fraud, and manage risk within established limits.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.

• Spanish bilingual ability is preferred.
