Salary: $18.39–$27.62 per hour

What you will do

• Manage client servicing needs across a portfolio and support end-to-end execution of requests.
• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, completing or escalating client requests.
• Process money movement, transfers, payments, account information requests, and client information updates.
• Use product knowledge and standard procedures to provide proactive and reliable solutions.
• Attend training sessions, team meetings, and manager meetings for coaching and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in client service, operations, or relationship management support.
• At least 1 year of client-facing documentation and services experience.
• Basic expertise across a variety of financial products.
• Understanding of upstream and downstream processes and their impacts.
