Client Services Professional I (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage servicing needs for clients within an assigned portfolio.
• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and correspondence and complete client requests or escalate them when appropriate.
• Support money movement, including transfers and payments, provide account information, and update client records.
• Use product knowledge and standard procedures to provide proactive, reliable, and consistent end-to-end service.
• Attend training sessions, team meetings, and manager meetings for coaching and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in client service, operations, or relationship management support.
• At least one year of documentation and client-facing service experience.
• Basic expertise across a variety of products.
• Understanding of upstream and downstream processes and their impacts.
• Ability to report to the designated City National location; the role is not remote.
