Construction Project Manager (Major Capital Equipment)

Location: Hampton, Georgia, United States; primarily on-site. On-site requirements may change based on client needs.

What you will do

• Coordinate Major Capital Equipment from procurement and order placement through delivery, installation, commissioning, and ready-for-service handover.
• Act as the primary on-site interface between Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Design, Commercial teams, and equipment suppliers.
• Manage supplier coordination, issue resolution, schedules, field support, and commissioning readiness across multiple equipment packages.
• Track and escalate equipment-related risks, delays, defects, resource constraints, and supplier performance issues.
• Ensure vendors have the technicians, parts, spares, documentation, resources, and site access needed for installation and commissioning.
• Connect commercial and field execution functions while supporting project delivery activities on site.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex equipment packages through the full project lifecycle.
• Technical understanding of MEP systems, critical infrastructure equipment, or data center systems.
• Ability to coordinate multiple disciplines, manage competing priorities, and drive accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a construction-related field; equivalent experience and education may be considered.
• Strong organizational, management, presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
