What you will do

• Manage a portfolio and pipeline of large and complex small business banking relationships.
• Serve as the primary contact for existing and prospective small business clients.
• Build and grow client relationships by delivering a strong client experience.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services.
• Conduct client interviews to understand business operations and banking needs.
• Recommend and drive improvements to processes, products, services, client experience, and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of banking experience.
• Ability to work at the San Diego headquarters.
