Financial Relationship Banker (Banking)

Location: Maplewood, Minnesota, United States; office-based

Salary: $25.00–$28.00 per hour, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Generate relationship opportunities through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and internal partnerships.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Strong verbal and written communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products, banking, lending, investments, and financial services.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, retail, or business-to-business sales.
• Comfort with mobile and online banking services.
