What you will do

• Build and maintain trusted customer relationships by understanding financial needs and providing tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products and services while achieving branch sales targets.
• Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, outbound calling, portfolio management, and community engagement.
• Deliver personalized service, resolve concerns, and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Follow risk, fraud prevention, regulatory, and internal policy requirements while collaborating with branch teams and supporting nearby branches when needed.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
• High school diploma or GED required; a related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience selling products or services in an incentive-based environment, or at least 12 months of relevant retail banking, financial services, consultative relationship sales, or qualifying hirify.global experience.
• At least 12 months of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, consultative selling, customer service, and cross-selling skills.
• Computer proficiency, basic math skills, ability to use digital tools, and availability for branch hours including evenings and weekends.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Additional work history, training, military service, or education demonstrating relevant capability.
