What you will do

• Set the cybersecurity strategy, program roadmap, and enterprise risk posture across a global footprint using NIST CSF 2.0.
• Deliver cyber-risk reporting to executives, the board, audit and risk committees, and other stakeholders.
• Build and lead the internal security team, including insourcing core functions from managed providers.
• Manage security vendors, contracts, service-level agreements, and partner accountability.
• Direct incident response, business continuity, disaster recovery, and broader cyber resilience.
• Establish governance, policies, security awareness programs, budget plans, and headcount plans.

Requirements

• 12+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years leading security teams at manager or director level.
• Enterprise security-program ownership based on NIST CSF 2.0 or ISO 27001, including governance, policies, controls, and maturity roadmaps.
• Experience building internal security functions and hiring, developing, and retaining architects, engineers, and analysts.
• Experience with executive and board-level cyber-risk reporting, enterprise risk management, SOX ITGC, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and PIPL.
• Working architecture knowledge across identity, Azure cloud, data protection, and SASE, plus experience leading material incident response and cyber resilience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; CISSP and/or CISM required.

Nice to have

• Private-equity portfolio-company experience, including M&A security due diligence and post-close integration.
• Media, entertainment, talent-representation, or high-net-worth-individual environment experience.
• Experience establishing independent cyber-risk reporting or remediating external security assessment findings.
• CRISC, CCISO, MBA, or MS in cybersecurity.
