Annual compensation: $300,000–$380,000

What you will do

• Define the firm's AI security strategy, target architecture, multi-year roadmap, control framework, budget, and AI security function.
• Build and lead the AI security team, including recruiting, tooling, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Review AI platforms, RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, and in-house systems for security architecture and design risks.
• Govern agentic identities, service accounts, delegated access, tools, connectors, and matter-level authorization.
• Develop AI-enabled security operations, including alert triage, detection engineering, investigation support, and third-party risk review.
• Lead AI red teaming, adversarial testing, incident response, vendor assessments, and regulatory control development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of information security experience, including ownership of a significant security domain.
• Practical experience securing production AI and LLM systems against prompt injection, data leakage, and other AI-specific threats.
• Strong identity and access management foundations, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, delegation patterns, and machine identity at scale.
• Security architecture experience across Azure and/or AWS and SaaS-heavy environments.
• Experience applying AI or automation to measurably improve security operations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or equivalent certification.
