Sales & Operations Advisor (Automotive)

What you will do

• Build customer relationships and guide prospective buyers through the sales and nurture processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including sales calls, appointment setting, customer visits, vehicle selection, financing, and completed purchases.
• Open and close the store and handle cash, inventory, audits, documentation, tags, titles, and registrations.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, website tools, financing options, trades, upgrades, and post-sale activities.
• Deliver tailored customer experiences, collaborate with colleagues, and support training and onboarding for new advisors.
• Progress through Levels 0–4 while assuming increasing responsibility for sales, operations, inventory management, and dealership leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales and retail operations, including sales performance, operational processes, and customer experience.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
• Ability to remain stationary for at least 75% of the time and move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
