Automotive Service Advisor / Writer (Automotive)

Location: 500 Westgreen Blvd, Katy, Texas, United States. Onsite position scheduled Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm; weekends are closed.

What you will do

• Welcome guests and provide respectful, hospitality-focused service.
• Guide guests through the complete vehicle repair process and explain repair solutions clearly.
• Manage store workflow, coordinate guest service activities, and support efficient repair operations.
• Communicate professionally by phone and build long-term guest relationships.
• Shuttle guests as needed in a CBA-branded vehicle.
• Verify that repairs meet the required specifications and assist other employees as needed.

Requirements

• Current driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the company’s insurance carrier.
• Experience in automotive customer service, service writing, service advising, or automotive sales.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
• Dependability and reliability for a Monday–Friday schedule from 7am to 6pm.
• Ability to remain on your feet for most of the workday and occasionally lift or carry objects weighing over 50 lbs.
• Ability to maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.
