Senior Technician, Facility Services General Maintenance (HVAC and Refrigeration)

Location: Spring, Texas, United States; onsite at 155 Louetta Xing

Salary: $33.00–$63.00 per hour, plus possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and fixtures.
• Inspect, diagnose, and document issues using blueprints, manuals, tools, and testing equipment.
• Lead and mentor less-experienced associates while overseeing work quality and safety.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, parts inventory, budgets, and contractor relationships.
• Operate heavy machinery and company vehicles, completing required inspections.
• Collaborate on process improvements and maintain compliance with OSHA and EPA guidelines.

Requirements

• Vocational or technical certification plus 3 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or a related area.
• Experience in facility maintenance, preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance.
• Proficiency in multiple crafts, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and equipment operation.
• Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Commercial driving record must meet the stated requirements for DUI/DWI/OUI convictions, moving violations, preventable accidents, and serious traffic violations.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and facility issues and lead associates and contractors.

Nice to have

• Experience with word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
