What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex engineering projects while managing quality, schedules, budgets, and profitability.
• Serve as a principal client contact and build relationships that support repeat work and long-term partnerships.
• Develop and negotiate project scopes, budgets, schedules, proposals, and contracts.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams, including staffing, resource allocation, mentoring, and professional development for project managers and technical staff.
• Review technical deliverables, oversee QA/QC and risk management, and resolve project issues.
• Support business development through pursuits, RFQs, proposals, interviews, account growth, and stakeholder presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state or states required for the project work.
• At least 8 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Experience mentoring staff, guiding project managers, and supervising teams of approximately 5–7 employees.
• Strong business development, communication, leadership, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
