Human Resources Intern (Year-Round)

What you will do

• Support and facilitate new-hire onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate HR records and complete audits to support data integrity and compliance.
• Prepare reports and analyze HR data for business decisions.
• Manage employee communications, announcements, and HR updates.
• Provide administrative support for HR meetings, events, and employee programs.
• Assist with HR projects and day-to-day operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a four-year Human Resources Management or related degree program at sophomore level or above.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, interpersonal, planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a team environment.
• Available to work onsite in Cleveland, Ohio.

Nice to have

• HRIS experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Familiarity with HR practices and HR law.

• Part-time schedule of 15–20 hours per week during the academic year.
