Human Resources Intern

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global campus in Pella, Iowa, USA

What you will do

• Support team member lifecycle activities, including hiring, new hire orientation, and onboarding.
• Assist HR Business Partners with investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Research HR special projects and provide recommendations.
• Promote and implement tools and technologies that improve HR solution delivery.
• Support recruitment, performance management, and team member engagement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Current student pursuing a bachelor's or associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time-management, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently and collaboratively.
• Exposure to compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, or regulatory compliance is preferred.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience.
