Logistics Operations Support - Bilingual (Korean/English)

Location: Plano, TX, USA; travel up to 10% in the US and Canada

Compensation: USD 24–27 per hour

What you will do

• Monitor and support warehousing, transportation, inbound, and outbound forwarding operations across North American branches.
• Analyze operational data and procedures, identify improvements, and train branch operators.
• Maintain and improve logistics KPIs and productivity across warehouse and transportation operations.
• Research logistics best practices and implement suitable processes across company branches.
• Support storage planning, shipment accuracy, delivery performance, and other operational improvement projects.
• Complete additional assignments from the line manager or Head of Team.

Requirements

• Bilingual Korean and English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, prioritization, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• 6+ years of relevant warehouse operations experience in the logistics industry preferred.
• Relevant corporate warehouse or 3PL experience involving electronics transportation in the US preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and willingness to travel up to 10% in the US and Canada.
