Logistics Coordinator (Korean/English)

Location: Cerritos, California, USA; onsite

Compensation: USD 25–27 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics operations and transportation schedules.
• Track active shipments and proactively resolve transit, delivery, and documentation issues.
• Prepare shipping documents, billing records, inventory records, and operational reports.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies and implement corrective actions with warehouse staff, carriers, customers, and vendors.
• Maintain logistics SOPs, track KPIs, and recommend process and cost-efficiency improvements.
• Ensure customer requirements and service-level agreements are consistently met.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehouse, and inventory management.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Professional bilingual communication in Korean and English is indicated for the role.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of domestic trucking and freight operations.
• Experience managing customer accounts and carrier relationships.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
