Transportation Logistics Operator - Bilingual (Korean/English)

What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule delivery appointments for major retail customers, including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target, Costco, Amazon, and BJ’s.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal transportation teams about shipments and delivery schedules.
• Request, confirm, and update appointments through customer portals.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments, provide accurate ETAs, and maintain shipment reports and tracking spreadsheets.
• Resolve delayed, refused, rescheduled, or damaged deliveries, appointment conflicts, shortages, and other customer concerns.
• Escalate urgent issues and support daily logistics operations.

Requirements

• Fluent English plus Korean or Spanish for bilingual customer and transportation communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, customer service, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with shipment tracking, delivery appointment scheduling, carriers, customers, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Three to six years of experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service is preferred.
