Logistics Business Support (Bilingual Korean/English)

Location: Plano, TX, USA

Compensation: USD 27–35 per hour

What you will do

• Prepare management reports, performance summaries, and ad hoc business reporting.
• Support freight rate quotations, pricing proposals, rate documentation, and contract filing.
• Maintain CRM systems and sales databases, follow up with customers, and monitor sales pipeline progress.
• Coordinate customer complaints, sales orders, shipment processing, and communication between Sales and Operations.
• Support sales proposals, presentations, Excel-based P&L simulations, profitability analysis, and margin evaluations.
• Conduct logistics market research and contribute to process improvement and new business implementation.

Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Korean and English are required.
• Entry-level profile or less than three years of experience in logistics operations, sales support, or business development support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Adaptability, self-motivation, teamwork, and willingness to expand logistics knowledge.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
