Customs Compliance Analyst (Temporary)

Location: Onsite in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, 5 days per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Apply U.S. Customs and Border Protection compliance procedures across tariff classification, origin management, customs valuation, free-trade agreements, ADD/CVD, and Sections 232 and 301 trade remedies.
• Review daily and monthly audits of GERP shipment data.
• Check and update EDI entry information, including HS codes and FTA eligibility.
• Consolidate entry data for customs clearance and share information with the customs broker.
• Monitor customs clearance status and review taxation data for errors.
• Confirm data and process ACH duty payments on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong data-entry and time-management skills.
• Korean reading, writing, and speaking proficiency is preferred for communication with headquarters.
• Availability for onsite work in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, during EST business hours is required.
